Christopher Hicks represents policyholders in the evaluation, negotiation and litigation of insurance coverage matters, as well as contractors in various types of construction disputes. Mr. Hicks' representation of policyholders extends to all types of participants in the construction industry, ranging from regional and national homebuilders to commercial and residential general contractors. This representation encompasses all forms of first- and third-party policies.
During law school, Mr. Hicks served as a Corporate Law Clerk with the legal department of Sony Electronics, Inc., a Copyright Licensing Associate for the University of Arizona, Center for Creative Photography, a Student Associate with the University of Arizona Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, and a Law Clerk in the Fraud and Identity Theft Division of the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. Before joining McLeod Law Group, Mr. Hicks represented business entities and private individuals in intellectual property disputes and general business matters.
