Paul C. Hirst represents policyholders relating to the evaluation,
negotiation and litigation of insurance coverage matters. Mr. Hirst’s
representation of policyholders includes developers and contractors,
including specialty trades of all types and sizes. Mr. Hirst’s
practice in insurance coverage matters includes disputes involving commercial
general liability, worker’s compensation, disability and similar
types of third and first party coverages. Mr. Hirst also handles general
business matters, such as drafting contracts, mechanic’s liens,
stop notices, broker malpractice disputes, real property litigation
and business disputes.
Previously, Mr. Hirst was a law clerk at Walsh & Furcolo, LLP,
where he assisted in the defense of general civil litigation matters.
He also was a law clerk at the San Diego City Attorney’s Office,
where he assisted in the prosecution of domestic violence cases.
